Designed by the architects Michael Schluder and Veronika Vogelauer, this house represents contemporary hotel design. Its 75 rooms display clear structures and modern atmosphere to the very last detail. All rooms offer shower/bath tube toilet, direct dial telephone, cable TV, hair dryer, safe at the room and Internet. A vending machine is placed on the ground floor.

The predominant colours in the apartments are warm shades of yellow, orange and red. 32 square metres big and accommodating up to 3 persons, the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (hotplate, sink, refrigerator with icebox), bath, hair dryer, toilet, safe in the room, TV and internet. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace.
